REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Svelta. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your high-quality t-shirt, we are here to help.

1. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and request a return within 14 days from the date you received your package.

To be eligible for a return, your t-shirt must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at fpg3434@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Shopify Payments).

  • Processing Time: The credit will automatically be applied to your account. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at fpg3434@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

In these specific cases, we will fully cover the replacement costs or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there was a fulfillment error on our part. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please initiate a standard return for a refund and place a new order on our website for the desired size.
