5. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These t-shirts may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

6. BILLING AND PAYMENT SECURITY

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card or financial information.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

We ship our products worldwide. When ordering from Svelta for delivery outside the European Union, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

All such additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Svelta has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 8. PRIVATE COMMUNITY & THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Our store offers access to a private Discord community. Your participation in this community is strictly voluntary and is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Guidelines. Svelta does not collect data through this feature and is not responsible for any moderation, technical issues, or interactions within the Discord platform.
