SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Svelta. We are dedicated to delivering our high-quality t-shirts to our community worldwide. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information.

Note: Processing times may slightly increase during high-demand product drops or launch periods. We appreciate your patience and discipline.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend heavily on your location:

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to international customs processing or local postal service disruptions.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been handed over to the postal carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and scannable within 24 hours of dispatch. You can monitor your package's journey directly via the link provided in the email.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Svelta is based in France. For all orders shipped outside of the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any incoming customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Svelta has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details before placing an order.

5. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

Svelta is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier marks the package as successfully delivered.

If you receive your order damaged or if your package is significantly delayed/lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at fpg3434@gmail.com. We will open an official investigation with the courier service to resolve the issue for you.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. Svelta is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our headquarters due to an address error, any additional shipping fees to resend the package will be charged to the customer.
